Just a rehash of his book

This is just a rehash of ideas much better articulated in his Easyway book on quitting smoking, which I gave 5 stars. This looks like a way for the author to make a few more bucks. Kind of shameful because there is nothing new here, and the bigger book is what will help you stop, not this Cliff-notes version.
So skip this one and buy the Easyway book on how to quit smoking, which is excellent.

This book helped me stop smoking!

After 25 years of smoking, I read Allen Carr's Easy Way to Stop Smoking book in 1 day and quit! That was a month ago! The first week I thought about smoking a lot, so I bought this book- the Little Book of Quitting, to have all the highlights of the big book in a short format! It worked! Read the Easy Way to stop smoking book first, then this book and you can live smoke free! I am soooo happy!

Another smoker bites the dust

Bought this for a friend who needed to stop smoking. It turned her head around and after 50 years, she has had the confidence to stop. I know this sounds totally made-up, but it's true.
